Nepometer Against Nepotism

        What do you think about Nepotism? Nepotism is the poison that has been spread all over the world which cannot be erased without effort. Nepotism is the process in which we give an opportunity to the person just because he or she is in our relation or known by us. Nepotism is done on the basis of favoritism or having some relation with that person and only that person is given an opportunity in different fields like Bollywood, business, etc... Someone who does business he gives his business to his son/daughter or to someone who is in relation, whether they have that talent or not doesn't matter.  Similarly, things are done in private or government job if any job has to be given to someone the director or manager gives that job to someone who is in his relation or to someone who is close to him irrespective of whether he or she is deserving that job or not.

        Let's come to Bollywood, Nepotism is happening in Bollywood for many years. The best example is Susant Singh Rajput(SSR) who faced Nepotism and went into depression. Several talented actors or actresses like Kangna, Tapsee, Anushka, and many more shared there experience how they faced Nepotism, which effected their career badly and they said that nepotism exists in Bollywood. Today nepotism has spread like poison and it's important for us to know about it and talk about it in the right way so that real and hidden talent should come and should be seen in every field not only in Bollywood. The effect of Nepotism on our society is very bad, it can kill the talent of people like SSR. So we should think about it and should take a step forward to stop it and save talent like SSR and identify the real talent not only in Bollywood but any other field like the government sector, private sector, and make India proud.

        After Nepotism now it's time to know about Nepometer. It is the first campaign against the Nepotism to stop it. It is made by Vishal Kirti. He is the brother-in-law of SSR. It is made to find out whether the movie is Nepotistic or not, really it's an amazing platform to know whether the movie is nepotistic or not. With this meter, we can detect whether the movie is Nepotistic or not by seeing its cast and cure. We can identify whether the actors, actresses, and members of the movie belong to any director, producer or any celebrity's relative, or they got selected based on their talent. If most actors, actresses, and supporting casts belong to the film industry than then the movie is Nepotistic. The first movie which is gauged based on Nepometer is Sadak-2. In this movie most of the member are belonging the film industry such that Alia Bhatt, Pooja Bhatt, they are daughters of Mahesh Bhat, Sanjay Dutt is the son of Sunil Dutt and Nargis, Aditya Roy Kapoor is the brother of Sidharth Roy Kapoor who is the great producer of Bollywood, Mahesh Bhat, Mukesh Bhat, and lastly Mahesh Bhat. This movie is written by Mahesh Bhatt. According to this meter, it is clear that the Sadak-2 is nepotistic and this movie got 98% as per this meter. So boycott people who do nepotism and support real talent and give them chance to come up.
